SERVICES

As one of only a few Psychologists in all of LA currently Board Certified in Clinical Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (see: www.ABPP.org to find out why Board Certification should be important to you), I am ready to help you . After earning a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Hofstra University (NY),  I completed a 2-year Clinical Fellowship at Temple University Medical School (Philadelphia) specializing in cognitive behavior therapy.  Before moving to LA in 2011, I served as Chief of the Psychology Department at a large medical center in NY and served on the Editorial Board of the prestigious Journal of Behavior Therapy & Experimental Psychiatry.  I have also been a psychologist for the hit TV series "Hoarders" on the A&E Network, treating OCD problems.  In addition, I currently serve as a Clinical Psychologist at The David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.

I treat the fully array of psychological and emotional difficulties including depression, panic, anxiety-related physical and emotional disorders, relationship issues, sleep and stress-related problems, intrusive thoughts, family and marital conflict, social anxiety problems, post-traumatic disorders and pain syndromes.  When appropriate, I can employ biofeedback therapy for patients with chronic pain disorders and those needing stress reduction techniques. I also perform both pre-surgical (for both cosmetic and implantable stimulators) and forensic (legal) psychological evaluations.  You will have the security of knowing that I have more than 20 years of experience as a Psychologist.

I have comfortable and private offices at both Cedars-Sinai Medical Tower and on Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, close to the Westside.  When you phone, I will answer your call personally.  You will never have to speak with a secretary or receptionist and your total privacy will always be assured.  Unlike some practices, you will never be transferred to an associate or intern and, if required, SKYPE visits can also be arranged.
